The Shipping of your item will depend on a number of different factors: - Your location. If you are in an outer area postcode delivery timescales can be different this is the same across all couriers. - The Service you select. If you select an express service then it will be sent on an express service. If you select standard it will be sent standard. - The time your order is placed. We dispatch and send out all orders received and cleared before 2pm on a working day.
We dispatch all items up till 2.pm on a working day. This does not include weekends or public and bank holidays. Example Order placed Monday (excluding public & bank holidays) at 11am. Dispatched that day and sent on the service the customer selected. Order placed Monday (excluding public & bank holidays) at 6pm. Dispatched the next working day and sent on the service the customer selected. When you offer to buy a product from us we reserve the right to refuse the order if it is not to an area or location we can deliver to.
If you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us via the ebay messaging system or returns centre. If you return an item please make sure we have been notified prior to returning it as this can result in delays processing any refund/replacement. When returning an item please make sure you include all details of your ebay username the sales record number and the reason for return. We would recommend sending all returns using a tracked service. This enables us to locate your parcel and process your refund quickly. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost/damage by the courier. All items returned that are unwanted must be in there original packaging in fit condition for resale as they were received. If an item is not returned in this condition it will not be eligible for a refund. All items that are unwanted are returned at the buyers cost and this is not refunded. We offer 60 day returns on our items unless otherwise stated.
